ゴールドフィンガーは１９６４年の作品です（シリーズ３作目）。金をこの上もなく愛するMr.Goldfingerがアメリカの金の貯蔵基地を襲う計画を００７が防ぎます。金粉を塗られた女性、貯蔵基地の核による爆破のための時限装置がセットされたが、爆破時間の００７秒前でかろうじて解除された場面見応えがありました。テーマソングも実に面白い。
